Rachael Whitworth
FOUNDER + GUIDERachael is a teacher and guide devoted to inner transformation through yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and guided hypnotic change. Her work integrates embodied practice with subconscious transformation, helping people release conditioned patterns, expand awareness, and reconnect to what is essential.
An E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, Usui Holy Fire® & Karuna Reiki Master, and with a Masters degree in Transpersonal & Humanistic Psychology, she draws from both sacred tradition and modern psychology to offer an integrative path of healing and awakening.
Her offerings—classes, trainings, private sessions, and retreats—invite people into greater freedom, wholeness, and possibility.
Kristy Burns
GUIDEKristy earned her CYT under the guidance of Rachael Whitworth and Patti Doyle in 2022. She crafts dynamic Vinyasa flows that feel like a moving meditation. Known for her creative transitions, Kristy’s classes place a deep emphasis on somatic awareness, inviting students to reflect on how the body feels and moves at the intersection of asana and pranayama.
An intentional storyteller through movement, Kristy’s sequences wend toward a specific peak pose designed to spark self-inquisition and mindfulness.
When she isn’t leading classes, Kristy is a perpetual student of the practice. She regularly embarks on ‘yoga field trips,’ both locally and while traveling afar, to enrich her own teaching and challenge her practice.
Off the mat, you can find Kristy diving into a good book, watching reality cooking shows, or cheering on her favorite sports teams.
Nicole Mondor-Hanify
GUIDENicole Mondor-Hanify earned her 200-hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Rachael Whitworth in February 2026. Her path to teaching has been a long and meaningful journey—one that brought her back to herself and ultimately deepened her connection to the practice.
Nicole creates thoughtful Vinyasa flows that blend strength, intention, and breath. Her classes encourage students to tune inward, building awareness of how the body feels and moves while finding steadiness within the flow. With an emphasis on both effort and ease, she aims to create space for students to explore, grow, and reconnect.
Through intentional sequencing, Nicole guides students toward peak moments that invite both physical challenge and self-reflection, always grounded in mindfulness and presence.
When she’s not teaching, Nicole continues to grow as a student—exploring new classes, styles, and perspectives to evolve her practice and teaching. Off the mat, she enjoys staying active, unwinding with a good show, and spending time with family and friends.
Melissa Rooney
GUIDEMelissa has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2023, after completing her 200-hour teacher training at Innerlight Yoga.
She loves the presence and mindfulness that emerge through the connection of breath and movement, with vinyasa being her favorite style.
Her classes combine thoughtfully crafted playlists, an open heart, and a lighthearted sense of humor to create a welcoming space where students are encouraged to honor their own practice while feeling supported by the community around them.
Off the mat, Melissa enjoys hiking with her dog, paddleboarding, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Susan Bosley
GUIDESusan is an RYT 200 level yoga instructor and has been sharing the gift of yoga for over 12 years, finding yoga to be a perfect complement to the variety of ways we move our bodies outside the studio. She has received her 200-hr. yoga from YogaFit and is working towards her 300 hr., including specialty certifications, most recently Yin Yoga and Reiki attunement.
Her intention is to bring awareness and acknowledge the feelings and emotions that come with breath and movement that not only take place while on the mat, but carry with you in your daily lives, as a student, in sports, family and at work. Therefore, you’ll enjoy Slow Flow Vinyasa classes that encourage an open heart, a calm mind and a strong and graceful body.
Prior to relocating to Newport in 2018, she lived in Maine where, as a certified Stand Up Paddleboard and SUPYoga instructor through World Paddle Association, she shared glorious summer days offering sunrise paddleboard yoga when the tides allowed on the Ogunquit River.
