Rachael Whitworth
FOUNDER + GUIDERachael is a teacher and guide devoted to inner transformation through yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and guided hypnotic change. Her work integrates embodied practice with subconscious transformation, helping people release conditioned patterns, expand awareness, and reconnect to what is essential.
An E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, Usui Holy Fire® & Karuna Reiki Master, and with a Masters degree in Transpersonal & Humanistic Psychology, she draws from both sacred tradition and modern psychology to offer an integrative path of healing and awakening.
Her offerings—classes, trainings, private sessions, and retreats—invite people into greater freedom, wholeness, and possibility.
